A.If your sister doesn`t consent, he will not get divorce without proving good grounds.

A.In the same court where he has filed for divorce, you engage a lwayer and oppose divorce. No provision to take a stay order from high Court for proceedings in family Court.

A.On what grounds it has been filed? Plz contest the divorce proceedings well and to the fullest. Divorce is not easily granted if other side opposes the same. Your sis should also demand monetary compensation
