If your company is a private firm and they do not have any issues in letting you pursue your studies along with the job then its absolutely fine for you to go ahead with this and I don't see any problem anywhere. Had you been with a public sector undertaking then the story would have been diffrent.

A. Hi,
If you work in a private clinic, you have no restrictions on practising in other professions. However, there is no barrier if you work part-time, but if you work full-time at a government clinic, there would be an issue with being affiliated with other activities at the same time.

A. Usually when the reject a Visa you come to know why it has been rejected. Did you mention about the cheque bounce case in your application? if yes then it could be reason.
Law Regarding logo
Respected Sir , Can I use advocate logo on my vehicle after completing LL.B .And not registered under Bar association of state ?

A. You can apply the advocate's sticker on your vehicle only when the stick bar is issued by the council. Applying the advocate's sticker on your vehicle means only entering the vehicle's stand in the parking, and this will not protect you from traffic violations.
