Respected Sir ,
Can I use advocate logo on my vehicle after completing LL.B .And not registered under Bar association of state ?

A.You can apply the advocate's sticker on your vehicle only when the stick bar is issued by the council. Applying the advocate's sticker on your vehicle means only entering the vehicle's stand in the parking, and this will not protect you from traffic violations. Hope you have found the answer to your question.

A.As per the Advocates Act, 1961 an Advocate is defined as “advocate” means an advocate entered in any roll under
the provisions of this Act. What is important here is the "Roll" and who prepares the roll the Bar Council. So unless you are enrolled with a Bar Council you are not designated as an Advocate. So you are de facto an Advocate but de jure you are not.
Now putting the Advocate Sticker without enrollment is not a crime but certainly not advisable.

A.You cannot use the advocate logo, the Bar Council of India has restricted the use,many Bar council of the State have also restricted the use of advocate logo.

Yes, because it is not restricted to only practicing advocates but it can be used by qualified candidates.

A.Here the matter is it is fine until and unless you get caught for any unlawful act. It is better to first enroll yourself under bar council of your state and then you can use the sticker.
