A.Dear Sir,
You have to go to Civil Court and seek necessary remedy. You cannot fight the case on individual basis so you have to get support of some like minded persons.

A.Dear Client,
Bring the matter to the concerned Public Authority whose land was sold unauthorisedly for different ventures/commercial purposes other than public purposes. A public property cannot be occupied or sold without the consent of the authority for commercial purposes. Once the matter is brought to the notice of the Public Authority they will take legal action against the concerned persons involved in the matter.

A.Dear Client,
No other individual can sell your property without authentic documentation and consent. make sure you have had the right registered documents of the land and understand how the owner could sell off your land without your permission. challenge the same in the court by petition. consult a practising advocate and send a legal notice
