Medical reimbursement

My husband is a kerala state govt employee,as per the information I have I think the govt is not providing any medical insurance ,I am a housewife, is it possible to get a medical reimbursement for delivery in private hospitals in kerala?

Government have examined the matter in detail and are pleased to
recognize the hospitals listed at Annexure for the treatment mentioned against
each one, so as to facilitate the medical reimbursement benefits to the State
Government Servants. Government also order that in future no claim for
reimbursement will be allowed for treatment in private hospitals other than the
hospitals already empaneled.

A.Medical facilities and reimbursement is as per government norms.confirm with the concerned department where currently working fr rules and regulations in this regard.
