A.Dear Madam,
You have to file a divorce case on the ground of cruelty. Your husband may resist then you have to prove the same.

A.Yes you can file divorce on the ground of mental cruelty. You can also claim the maintenance from your husband. You have to prove the mental cruelty and have to be specific on dates and incidents of cruelty done on you by your husband. If you will contest the case strongly then you will certainly win the case

A.If u r finally decided for divorce, then file divorce case against your husband on ground of mental torture and physical cruelty by your husband and mother in law and also pray for permanent alimony from your husband. But remember think several times of your future before filing divorce case.

A.It is better first file case under Domestic Violence Act andd seek with of shared house and maintenance . It will give pressure to husband and mother in law then before court you can say that if your husband is ready of divorce then you must withdraw this case.
