I Stay in Co-op Housing Society, my building secretary stops my water supply frequently last time he stopped my water supply for 17 days.
Now Amid CORONAVIRUS he has stopped my water supply from last 5 days, When water is necessary than ever now these days, even though i pay my maintenance on time.

He says my house water comes at his neighbor house, who stays below my house during these raining season, SECRETARY comes frequently with PLUMBER at my house at any time to harass me and threatens me but PLUMBER says repairing my house is not a solution.
When secretary has not repaired the building in proper way.
From more than half of my kitchen ceiling the water is coming and is completely wet these days, But SECRETARY says this is our personal matter with tenant above my house and he will not interfere.
Than how can he stop my water supply at these time of coronavirus

A.Dear Client
Immediately lodge your complaint before police as this type of act comes under mischief U/s- 426 & 430 IPC . Without giving prior notice it is illegal to disconnect or stop supply of water .
