Fraud unauthorized Online Transaction Using Debit Card Fraud unauthorized Online Transaction Using Debit Card

On 21st August 2020 , I had a call from an unknown lady saying that I had registered on shine.com and they are giving a home based job. If ready I will have to give a 30 minutes test whose questions they would send through an app. & If qualified their fees would be 30% of my first salary. During Lockdown, I thought it to be a nice option for earning sitting at home, so I agreed . Then another lady sent me the app to install through which they would send me the exam questions. Since I had never seen that app readily downloaded and installed it. With a minute I got an OTP from my bank to withdraw Rs.6000. I was amazed as I has never applied for any such transaction and within a minute I got the next message that Rs.6000 had been withdrawn from the bank. Worried ,I called the customer care person of SBI who told that the transaction was done using the debit card. I immediately asked him to block the card and take my complaint for fraud transaction as the debit card was there in the wallet beside me. On looking for such false transactions on the net , I came to know that immediately inform the cyber police if you want to get back your money, at the most by 90 days. I immediately did it. The next day while checking mini statement of my bank I came to know that the money was transferred to MOBIKWIK wallet. After lots of enquiry the mobikwik people gave me the IP address and the mobile no. through which the transaction was done. They had also asked me to inform the police immediately. Since I had an operation I could not walk out from my bed, so my father went to the police station and in the meantime I forwarded the same mail of MOBIKWIK to police email ID. There he was told that we would verify and you will have your money back into your account within 10 days after verification. I was happy expecting the good news soon. Even after 10th day nothing happened and my bank SBI complaint status still showed pending. On 13th September, I forwarded the same MOBIKWIK mail to my bank. Then again I checked it on 16th , it showed Complaint Resolution closed. My brother went to the bank to know the resolution where he was told that the case has been handed over to the cyber police and further action will be taken only after instructions from them. In last week of October I got a call from PSI of the police station to come and discuss the case and asked whether I had done RBI complaint. I told my condition and again gave the IP address & phone no. which MOBIKWIK had given me of the fraudster. and after searching on the net for RBI complaint did it on 27 October which I hadn't done earlier. On 28th October I again had a call from PSI that the no. was not being reachable. I asked for my accepted complaint by the police which was immediately given. I again contacted the MOBIKWIK and told them the problem police was facing after forwarding them the stamped, signed complaint by the police. Within 5 minutes I had the bank account no. and the IFSC code of that fraudster which I gave to the PSI. This was on 28th October. On 30th October I was again contacted by the PSI asking me whether I had got my money or not. After the call ,on again contacting the MOBIKWIK they said they would not give any money but the police will help me out further. On 30th October I sent my feedback to the police via email and on 31st October forwarded the new MOBIKWIK email to my bank, hoping to get back my money.

My Question is I did the complaint within minutes of the fraud, informed the police and gave twice the details of the fraudster, second one being the account no. itself with IFSC code ; I did whatever I could do from my side So are there any chances of recovering the money back as there are just 8 days for the completion of 90 days of stipulated time. now ? Thanks.
