Voluntary Withdrawl of MCOP petition without advocate.

I want withdraw MCOP petition which was dismissed for default for non presence of mine two years ago.
As per court manager I was directed to restore the petition and then withdraw
"Not Press"
Is it mandatory to have an advocate to complete the process or can I do it Party in person.
Can some one give free advice to complete this process.
