mutual divorce to contested divorce mutual divorce to contested divorce

my wife took 15 lakhs on day of filing mutual divorce, remaining 10 lakhs had to be paid on day of finalising divorce. in 6 months waiting period, she transferred the flat on her name, Now she is refusing to come to court to complete divorce and asked lawyer to file contested divorce. what I should do.

also in all this, the common lawyer for mutual divorce is saying he will be lawyer for wife for contested divorce because she paid him and I have to search new lawyer for contested divorce. but we both paid him. I told everything to that lawyer and he have some evidence also with him. can the lawyer give them to her to use against me. I guess all this was plan of my wife from start and the lawyer helped her.

A.Hi,
As per your input it seems that you have been tricked. It is advisable to get a new lawyer and file an application stating your whole scenario along with proof that she has transferred the flat in her name and is now refusing to cooperate in order to get more alimony.
