Separation of not married couple
I have a very less known friend who was living with his wife. They both know me after some casual meetings because the husband and I works in same company. After sometimes I came to know they are not married and he left his wife now the wife has filed a case. Can I be called as a witness? And I don't want to be the witness bcz I don't know much about them what will happen?
In short I don't want to be a witness what should I do? They are from another state and I am from another state.
A.Dear Sir/Madam,
If you do not wish to be a witness then you should not attend the court. If any pressure is made then go to the court and say what you want, nothing will happen. Or get issue a notice to them to remove your name as witness. For legal notice please contact me.

A.Ask your friend not to make you witness because you will not take anyone favour and your case will go against you. He will not call you for witness

A.It is their wish to add you as a witness. If you are not aware about their affairs then you can submit the same in the court. If you require any advice please get in touch with me.
