Distribution of father's self aquired property
3 years ago
We are 5 brothers. We have a house which was a self aquired property of my father, who is now no more. My four brothers have turned against me and they want me to leave this house without any share. I also don't want to live with them. So i am thinking of filling a partition and sale case. What can be the possible outcome of this and what else can i do?

A.Hi,
The best course of action in this case is to partition and sell the property. As a legal heir of your father's you are entitled to claim a share of the house. You can do with it as you wish.

A.Hi,
Considering the situation, the best thing to do will be to file a partition suit and then sell the property, like you are expecting to do. Maybe one of your brothers themselves can buy the property? You are entitled to a share pf the house as a legal heir of your father, any Court will grant you the same.
