i took land in 2006 by one women and her son also signed papers but now daughter of women claming their shares in property after 15 years . i have sale deed papers ,mutation papers and possesion also .

A.Hi,
If you have all the documents in order, you are the legal owner of the property. You can file a suit for declaration of title to settle any dispute. It is unlikely that any Court will entertain the daughter's claim.
