Confused on the case status Confused on the case status

As part of HMOP case, lawyer and court notice had been served to my husband. For lawyer notice got reply and I filled divorce case. Appeared in front of judge for numbering procedure took place in December,2020. First issue of service was Feb 1(as per ecourts). As suggested by lawyer I did not go to court as he said my husband and his lawyer has to appear this time. And now my lawyer did not pick up our calls suddenly yesterday he says until appointment of judge case is postponed (Avinashi court) . In ecourts next issue of service is 5 th April. My lawyer doesn't give me information on whether any reply has been received from my husband's side.

Is there any way to find the status? I am quite unsure of my lawyer's action he seems to drag it. Is this the correct time frame ( I consulted my lawyer first time on October 2020). Case numbered on December 24 th.

A.Due to Covid the proceedings getting delayed. You can request your lawyer to inform you once judge is appointed , the status of your husband receiving the notice will be known on the next hearing date in open court during calling.

A.Because of vecancy, you are not required to be present in court. So other proceedings will resume when the vacancy is filled. The e-court service will update next hearing date even though judge not appointented . So you don't worry when your presence is required lawyer will inform you.
