Gifting my grandfather's property Gifting my grandfather's property

My paternal grandfather has a son and two daughters.
My grandfather has willed me his own earned house. Now he is no more. I am not interested in property.
His daughters are very much eager to receive the property.
Can I gift the house to someone whom I trust? That person is not a blood relative.

A.Dear Client,
As gifting is a voluntary action, the gift deed should mention that the deed has been made voluntarily and out of the donor's own choice without any force or coercion. The deed should also declare that the donor is solvent (not bankrupt) and that the gift is being made without any consideration.

Thank You
