Need some advice that are there any possibilities of quashing the acquittal case. As, I had one 498A case and my visa got rejected due to PS report mentioning about it. hence seeking some advice on how to overcome the past criminal records to clean my profile.

A.Hi,
False cases can be quashed by the High Court under S.482 CrPC. If you have been acquitted, it should not have any negative effect on your record. You can apply to the Court to expunge them.

A.Yes. 489A or any false case can be quashed on the basis of facts and the guidelines issued by the Apex Court. It depends on the facts and circumstances of the case. There are certain parameters and guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in this regard. You should check with all the details of your case with a lawyer immediately because if you feel that you have strong reasons to believe that the case filed against you is the false one you should immediately take action. It will benefit you in the coming future as well if your wife suits you in other courts.
