Registered will in my name . Do i need to get NOC from siblings?
My father has a property in his name which is his self purchased property. He has done a registered will of that property in my name. I have two other siblings out of which one himself has witnessed that will. After his death , Do i need NOC from both the siblings for transfer of property in my name?

A.No . Take death certificate then approach the concerned authority (where you are paying land tax) with death certificate and pay tax.

A.No. As it is a registered will so there is no requirement of any NOC from the other two siblings for the transfer of property after your father's death.

A.You have to get a Probate from High Court to give effect to that will. And you will need consent affidavit of other legal heirs when you apply to High Court.
