Dear sir..Pls guide me according following
**Section 2(2) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 clearly excludes “the members of any Scheduled Tribe within the meaning of clause 25 of Article 366 of the Constitution unless Central Government by the notification.**

Questions No.1 - Sir i want to divorce from my wife(498a registered on 16.11.2019)according above HMA section 2(2) my tribal community panchayat said me get court order copy your divorce can not be done through family court..After court order our tribal panchayat will give me divorce quickly.

A.Hi,
