How to recover money from wife which was taken for her maternal uncle's work How to recover money from wife which was taken for her maternal uncle's work

My wife is doctor who requested me to give 1 Lac in the year May 2019 which was required for her maternal uncle's work. So, I didn't transfer money to her uncle's account but I transferred 1 Lac by internet banking transfer to wife's account. Now, in July 2020 because of family disputes I filed divorce petition in family court against wife . As my wife is doctor and she is earning 70 thousand per month , so she is not entitled for alimony or maintenance from me.
So , my question is shall I lodge complaint in police station against wife or her maternal uncle for getting my 1 Lac back as they did financial cheating for not returning money ?
Please suggest .
