Cheated by packers & movers Cheated by packers & movers

I recently relocated from Bangalore to Kerala. I identified a packers and movers to transfer goods. They charged me for services - 1) packing 2) Loading 3) unloading 4) insurance 5) transportation.

It was agreed that the packers will use their own vehicle to transfer good and will be responsible for unloading and unpacking at destination. However, only at destination I realized that they have shipped goods using a third party who charged additional money from me. The third party was only responsible to delivery goods at destination, hence no unloading/unpacking. Few expensive items got broken and I requested packer to settle with insurance. Now packers is not responding to my queries and not settling any dues.

Appreciate if I could get a legal advice to resolve this matter. I would be interested in talking to advocates in Bangalore who could mediate with the packers.
