A.Hi,
File a petition for restitution of conjugal rights. You can then try marriage counselling. In the meanwhile, file a petition for interim maintenance under Section 125 CrPC, this will allow you to claim a monthly amount from him to support yourself.

You can file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights and then attempt marriage counselling. If you are unable to come to a compromise, a mutual consent divorce would be the best option.

If you do not want divorce, you file case u/s 9 for restitution of marriage. Also get ur right of maintainance from him.
