Does a Father have any rights on the property he bought in the name of minor son, who is now an adult.

If you have executed a relinquishment deed, then you will have no further rights over the property. If this has not been done, then you can act as legal guardian of the same property. We will need more details about the property and how it was acquired to better answer you.
