My name: kishore, hindu
my grand father has 2 daughters and 1 son, he wrote in his will that his land should go to his wife, his some other land should go to his son after his death.
After his death in 2003 all happened according to the will.
now my grand mother is willing to transfer the land on her name to her 2 daughters, can my grandfathers son or my grandfather's son's son stop this transfer of ancestral property or they don't have rights.
my grandfather's son's son was not born during 2003 transfer.

A.who said its ancestral property ?
if she dies without transfer or WILL then only it becomes ancestral property.
till then grand mother is owner and can do whatever she wants.

A.Hi
Yes, she can transfer the property in favor of her daughters. But if she dies intestate, property will be distributed equally among all the legal heirs.

A.Hi,
As your grandmother is now the owner of the property, he can create a will and transfer the land in favor of her daughters, nobody would be able to stop such transfer.
However, if no will is made by the grandmother, property will be distributed equally among all the siblings.
