Hi, A dowry case on my uncle and his son after cancellation of marriage. Both parties have agreed to settle on a sum, all installments given except for the last one on the last court date. When should we file for quashing, my cousine never appeared, do he need to now for quashing of FIR or its not neccessory. How much time does it take for Quashing?
