Marriage Annulment Marriage Annulment

i have been married for 7 years, since marriage my husband has not contributed anything towards me or my 6 year old. i have been running the house by working jobs back to back since 7 years. he always has debts, when he worked never gave money to run the house and now he left job 2 years ago and started business which is not fetching any income. he recently helped me with some money to buy a house. major contribution was done by me where as we helped only with 3%. I asked for divorce and he is not wanting to claim the house. Please advise if he can claim when i made the major contribution and im paying the monthly EMI. the house is registered only on my name as per banks instruction.

A.Dear Mam,
You can file for a divorce with your husband and can take your property back, for maintenance you child. Moreover you only have contributed for the house then you may get the house if you able to prove the court about the payment made by you not by your husband.
