ATM dispute

i withdrew an amount of 20000 from sbi atm on 10th march. but this amount did not received.I lodge a complaint about it. but the amount credited on 9th july. is there any rule for the late penalty. if exist, then how can i get this.

A.what is the amount if interest ur claiming actually. Have you calculated ? No offense from bank is a software error and they refunded your money no need to go anywhere.Enjoy ur money

Interest is around 8000 Rs. But the main branch told that No One can use the atm instead of user. But I think I can use. I am Son of user. Can User claim for the money
A.You send them a legal notice to recover the interest and also ask for compensation for this. You can also move the consumer forum for deficiency of services.

A.You can issue a notice to SBI claiming interest and damages.
