Sir , maine 23 November 2020 ko agent ko estonia work permit ke liye passport diya tha or hamari 5 lakh visa ki baat hui thi or usne 2 month ka kaha tha visa aa jayega . Or maine PCC December 2020 me krva li thi jo ab. Expire ho gyi hai. Or sir mera work permit 27 Feb ko aa gya tha or Usme likha tha joining before 1 April 2021. But jbb work permit aaya tha usne kaha tha ki 1 ya 2 din me wo hamari embassy appointment krvayega but usne sidha 26 April ko embassy ki appointment li . Us samay lockdown lgg gya tha delhi me .abb sir meri PCC bhi expire ho gyi hai . But abb agent keh raha wahi 3 month purani PCC embassy me lgg jayegi . Sir maine embassy se pta kiya wo keh rhe hai wo purani PCC nhi chalegi . agent mujhe abb keh raha hai mai wahi chla dunga . Sir abb mujhe us pr trust nhi hai . Mai use April se hi keh raha hoon ki passport vapis dede but wo nhi de raha. Or sir 2 month ka koi 7 month kaise lgva skta hai . Sir mere pass agreement bhi padha hai .usme saaf likha hai 2 month se jyada time lgta hai aapki file kabhi bhi cancel kr skte hai. Usne sir mere se 9000 + 3000 medical ke + 600 PCC + 4500 rs experience certificate ke naam pe le liye . Or sir kabhi kehta hai mere 200 euro khrch hue hai . Kabhi 400 euro khrch hue hai . Usne sir mujhe kaha tha ki 2 month me visa aa jayega isliye maine 3 lakh ka loan bhi le liya kisi se 3 percent interest pe. Abb mera passport nhi de raha sir kya karu? . Maine aapne uncle police ko bhi bheja . Press se bhi contact krvaya but wo nhi de raha. Sir koi solution do.

A.Send a legal notice to him and file and FIR of cheating and fraud against the agent to get your Passport back. If police is not taking the complaint then hire a good criminal lawyer and file a private complaint in court under Section 156(3) of CrPC.

A.Hi,
If he does not give/ return your Passport then inform to Police. Simply, the Agent can not keep your Passport. Lodge a FIR to the Police and retain a copy of FIR for future reference including submission of the same to the Regional Passport Office from where you have received your Passport.

A.Hi,
Your agent is trying to fool you. You can lodge a police complaint to recover the passport from the possession of the agent. You can also file a case of cheating, criminal breach of trust against the agent.
