IT company trainee job agreement

My son joined one private IT based company, after training period he was left the company with out tell to company for further studies, after 5 years now layer has sent legal notice on favor of me to our old address where i am not available there now, legal notice was returned since i am not available there. what i have to do

A.Hi,
Usually when an employee resigns, they would have to pay the buy-out amount or just serve the notice period as mentioned by the job contract. However, you may not leave until you fufilled the criteria. Currently. you can refer the matter to the company itself and try to work out a negotiation.

A.Hi,
If your son did not notify the company before leaving then he might have to pay penalties as per the Company's policies and regulations. Additionally, you can also enquire with them about the possible recourses left in the current situation.

A.You should have received the legal notice to know what was mentioned in that as you need to respond to that. Next step that they may take is to file a case against you son. Anyways, when you receive the legal notice then show it a lawyer and accordingly respond.
