Advise on Agreement

The agreement shall commence on Monday July 17th 2017 and shall continue for 12 months unless terminated earlier by either party by giving 10 days written notice of termination or as other wise provided in this agreement . if the parties in advance explicitly and in writing agree to continue this agreement after the stated 12 months it shall be renewed for 1 months moving forward
A.instead of 12 months, make it 11 months so that it complies with provision of TP Act.

A.U should write renewal clause in the agreement.According to renewal clause u can further renew the agreement another for specified period
