Regarding police investigation under section 202 crpc Regarding police investigation under section 202 crpc

I have lodged other miscellaneous criminal application in court under section 200 crpc against 02 respondents for IPC 504, 506, 34.
Hon court took statement of me . And then ordered for inquiry by police station under section 202 crpc and asked for submission of report by conducting inquiry within a month.
What I have to do if police station submits report to court favouring respondents and against applicant ? Will Hon court dismiss my application without hearing side of applicant ? Please guide in detail.

A.hello Sir
you would be given a chance to submits evidence in your defence, if the police departments submits the reports favouring the respondents. Although you have a option to change the investigatiing office if you think the investigation done is baist.
Thanks.

A.hello
Sir if the police department in their investigation finds things in favour of respondent and submits the report in the hon'ble courts then the court would give sufficient chance to submit proofs and evidence from your side. The court would hear your side as well.
thanks.

A.Dear Sir,
If police file B Report that is a report against you then you will be given a chance to file objections. At that time you can lead your evidence and the evidence of your witnesses and get issue summons to the Accused.
