Sir,
sir two years back i have given amount of rupees three lakhs to mr karthik for his mother's medical expenses. Then after the six months the kartik is absconding from his native along with his family , Then i have raised one NCR in local police station, for that i didn't get any positive response from local police , in the police station they said you go through legal.

Then i have put one cheque bones case in my native court act 138, and send Summons to the address which is printed in bank passbook . the no one of the family members are there in that address to receive Summons .

Now the lawyer is said that kindly arrange the another lawyer to further proceedings on case date.

Now the problem is i don't know exact address of the kartik is there any legal proceedings to orders the police to trace the kartik .

is there any possibility to court to issue orders to trace the karthik to Police

please provide the information about how to i move on in this case the exact problem is i don't know how to trace the karthik the local policies are not helping me
