My car has gotten into an accident, and has been confiscated by the police...but it has been bailed by me,and now I have submitted a security deposit of 1/4th of The insurance value to the police...how can I get the deposit back
A.Hello Sir
In order to get back the security money deposited to the police, you need to file a an application in the court in order to claim the same. But you could do so once the case pending in the court has been closed and judgment has been given. Until then you cannot claim back the security money deposited for your vehicle.
Thanks

A.Is the case still going on or is it over. If the case is going on then you will have to wait till the case is over and in case the case is over then you can file an application to the court to pass an order for release of security deposit.
