A.Hi, for a bond to be enforceable, it must be executed on stamp paper of appropriate value. If that is not the case, it cannot be used against you and the company cannot come after you legally. If you found this helpful, please rate me.

A.Dear client,
Yes, you can do. The stamp duty required for the legal bond paper , so signing the bond on letter head without stamp paper will make so much of difference. The employment bond is kind of illegal and is considered as bonded employment which the courts will allow the employer take benefit of the same. Employee is free to join or quit the same, hence You can break the bond but the employer will keep troubling you byvway of money recovery suit if employer has invested on you or you got training on their cost. Finally if there is no any investment on you for purpose of job you may shut the door and enjoy another job in ur hand.

A.They can pay the stamp duty required for the bond and the penalty to make it legal from stamp duty point of view so signing the bond on letter head or stamp paper will not make so much of difference. The employment bond is kind of illegal and none of the courts will allow the employer take benefit of the same. You can break the bond but the employer will keep troubling you so better go for amicable settlement
