Contractual employee

I'm contractual employee in PSU since 2013, for 3 years I was direct contractual employee thereafter they have third party outsourced & also reduce the salary 1/3 of the joining salary 2013. I have given my 8.5 years to this PSU what should I do now.

A.Dear Sir,
You have to approach Labor Court and it is better to approach through your labor Union if any. You may seek enhancement of salary and also may try for regularization of your services.
I could have explained more if background is known to me.
