What is going my case: divorce case status What is going my case: divorce case status

This is wrt my recent post re: What is going on my case; I need to understand what is happening to the Notices and summons that are being issued by the court. How do I find out if the notices issued by the court have been accepted by the opposite party or not? Can this be done online? Do I need to physically goto the court and enquire with the clerk or something? I need to figure this out soon as my divorce case is still stuck at the Notice stage and its been more than a year since the divorce was filed. Below is a snapshot of online case status of my case:

A.Dear Sir,
Further steps means you have to submit new address as the summons might not have served upon the other side due to various reasons. Better visit the Court in person and check the returned postal cover as to for what purpose it was returned.

A.Dear client,
it means that your lawyer is still reserving the case in the notice stage and is not moving forward as the opposite party is not replying. It is recommended to change your lawyer to speed up the case.
Thank you

A.This cannot be done in online. You have to enquire it through Advocate or Court Clerk who has to take inspection of the matter record from the Court's Department to find out the grounds of non completion of service of Court's processes upon your wife. I feel sorry to say that it is the duty of your Lawyer to do the needful because the matter is unnecesssarily delayed due to lack of appropriate steps on your part and that's why even after expiry of more than one year, the matter is still in Service Return phase.
