Custody of Male Child - I want to get custody of my Son

My wife and I and living separately for 5+ years after my divorce case was dismissed. Now I want to get custody of my Son who is 14 years of age considering his future life. Is it possible for me to get custody of the kid, 'I had spent 5years running to family court and police station and I dont want to repeat it.

A.You can absolutely file a case for getting the custody of your child since you are the natural guardian of the child. It should be also noted that if the custody is given to you then you shall have sufficient source of income or funds to provide your child the best upbringing at a hygienic atmosphere where the child shall get to learns all the moral and ethical values of being a good human being. You need to file your case at earliest since your child had already attended the age of 14 years. Have a consultation with a child custody advocate for the best remedy within a specified time only.

usually for custody of the child, you will have to approach the court to claim it. But if there is the welfare of the child seen through with the negotiation by both the parties and there are no issues then depending on this, the custody can be given to you.

Need your divorce certificate copy’s to understand your case t/c,
Yes 14years of age son can be given to dad’s custody considering his future life but you need to prove you have better condition,
