Loan Repayment -from Finance Agency

My wife had given loan to her brother after taking from Finance Agency like Bajah,Aditya Birla Finance to the tune of 13 lacs. He was in need and had promised that he will repay that within a year. She is paying emi of 40k per month. It has been 3 yrs and he has money also but he is not repaying as there was no signature taken in bond paper while giving loan. All was given in trust only. What can be done. Kindly tell me as we have exhausted all options.

You will have to create the evidences showcasing that the brother has taken loan from your wife by sending him a legal notice and showing the banking transaction. Once you are able to do that then ask him to repay the loan.
