My wife is not letting me meet my child.
What can I do to get access of my child as a father? My wife is not letting me meet my son who is 7 years old now. My wife ran away from Singapore with my child without my information while I was away on the business trip in Dec 2019. After that Covid lock down happened and I couldn't travel to India. However, I have tried multiples time to connect with my child but everytime either the number is blocked or left unanswered. What options do I have? Can I file a police complaint to get access to my child?
A.Dear Sir,
You have to file child visitation rights or raise the issue with state child commission office.

Ideally you need to file a child custody case and/or visitation rights to have access to your child. There is one more out of the box way but that's usually not advised. That is to file a police complaint but this adds to the hassles for everyone so need to be careful while doing so.
