Salary not paid since 3 months Salary not paid since 3 months

I am working in an it company and my 3 months salary is pending I am an worried whether I should continue working or should I stop logging in ? When I call HR they don't even pick my call but they still give me tasks daily. I heard of I take legal action I will not get reliving documents and they will give bad reference for future company. Please help me

A.Dear Client,
In case of any discrepancy or non-payment of salary one can approach the labour commissioner to seek redressal. Cases that come to the labour court must be decided upon within a three-month period. If the matter is not resolved by the labour commissioner the same can be pursued in a court of law by the employee.

The MNC companies following Hire and Fire policy so if you are not comfortable then better to quit the job and join another job after getting all your documents etc..
