I have filed title eviction suit on one of my tenant as he is not ready to vacant my place. But we check online it says the status as court fees from past one and half yr. I am not sure my advocate is handling this case in good manner. How do we go about this and what does next purpose court fees mean as every hearing it gets updated with the same reason.

A.For each and every case have to pay the court fees as per the concerned state's court and stamp fee act to the concerned court to admit and proceed with the case. May be a deficit or non payment of fees in your eviction suit which your advocate should be aware of....

A.Dear Client
If the status of the case is shown as the Court Fees it simply means that the proper court fee ( the amount to be paid for the petition) has not been paid and hence the petitioner is supposed to pay the court fee then it will be moved to next stage.

A.Dear Client,
In case of misconduct by a lawyer, you can approach the disciplinary committee of the State Bar Council or the Bar Council of India. You can refer to Section 35 of the Advocates Act, which lists malpractices.
