OBC certificate issue -my parents were from Bihar OBC certificate issue -my parents were from Bihar

Sir, originally my parents were from Bihar ,So we have " OBC " certificate from Bihar itself .My father is in "ARMY ",So I did my schooling from multiple places(states) and 10,11&12th from Delhi and then we settled in west Bengal and we have permanent address from 10 years (have Aadhar card and voter id card from west Bengal also) and "DOMICILE" from west Bengal .
But our OBC certificate from Bihar will not be valid in west Bengal .Our OBC caste is present in west Bengal's caste list and central list as well .
How can I make my OBC certificate from west Bengal and process of it.

A.Dear Client,
You need to visit any nearby CSC / facilitation center and can acquire the application form. Attach the documents along with the application and submit them to the operator of the CSC or the facilitation center after affixing the photograph. visit the nearest collector office and then apply for the current domicile.

A.Dear Client
You are suggested to visit the office of the tehsildar or whosoever is issuing the certificate and apply for issuance of caste certificate on the basis of your current domicile. Once the new one is issued the old will stand cancelled.
