Bicycle locked to flat window grill without permission Bicycle locked to flat window grill without permission

Hello, I live in a Co-operative Housing Society in Thane and my flat is on the ground floor of the building. Some unknown person has locked their bicycle to my flat's window grill and it has been there for months. I requested the society to remove it and they tell me that the area outside the flat is not my property so I told them that the bicycle itself has been locked to my window in particular. (All other bicycles are usually kept in a different area of the complex). So they now tell me even the window grill is not mine. What are my options here if I want them to remove the bicycle?

A.You are caught in a big fix. one option is to see the CCTV footage to see who is the cycle owner or ask some of the society member to see the owner. Another option is you also put another LOCK to this cycl e& teh owner in few days will come & ask u to remove your LOCK.... At that time u can say that you don't know the cyle owner or the NEW lock person.
