We earnestly request your goodselves to direct the concerned department for early action.

I, Kishor K Chudasama , is the only Guardian of my Handicap family & supporting the full joint family . My younger brother Paresh K chudasama is Handicap Deaf & Dumb, with Double Multiple Disability of right leg hip joint multiple fracture & various deformity with generalized osteoporosis, calcification of blood vessels, and his wife Mrs Nipa P Chudasama is also Disable Handicap Deaf & Dumb.

My family including my wife and senior citizen mother are all scared of police , court, politician , society committee etc, so I am the only gaurdian to face , handle and solve all the problems created by the society, since 2005 till today.

With this they will become Self Dependent & will not be under anybody s obligation , and shall learn to take their own decisions, with due responsibilities , stop them from doing any undeserved job. They will do part time beauty parlor work / cooking activity, Nasta Tiffin making / tailoring, seasonal rakhee making etc, carpenter work etc which they know. This will also initiate the concept of savings for their future life. This will keep them busy in one or the other activity according to their ability. This will create an opportunity of INCOME to such Diable HANDICAP OBC PERSONS , in today s times of unemployment and increasing inflation.

The said Garage is adjoining to our flat , with existing floor , RCC roof , and with wall on one side. New walls required to be done on three sides with doors and windows , and toilets within, if the BMC gives such permission. So we request your goodselves to assist them for said BMC Permission under provisions of Disable persons. The procedure to be made simple , fast and hassle free with no NOC requirement from various departments.
May we also request your goodselves for sponsorship of funds to construct walls, floors , windows, toilet / bathroom etc for such Disable Handicap Deaf & Dumb members. It is possible to arrange for second hand washbasins, door etc. This is a earnest humble request which will avoid loan arrangement for the Disable HANDICAP OBC PERSONS.
All the Exhibits will be produced , when required and asked for. The society does this harassment mainly on the powers and influence of one political person staying in our building and targeting the Disable Handicap, OBC, Senior Citizen family for their personal benefits. We request your goodselves to take early action. Sir, the Disable Handicap persons have faced all the challenges, and ups and downs of life with full courage and also suffering & Struggle at the same time, SO without any doubt we feel confident & sure that you will definitely look into the matter seriously to assist such DISABLED HANDICAP OBC PERSONS by granting special permission if necessary, of Change of User to make use of Garage at Ground floor for residential / and or commercial purpose. I will be glad for an appointment to meet your goodselves if required and if you are convinced and fill fit. Also Under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna for Disabled persons, the said aid / special permission may be obtained.

B. We already have our own Garage and we are only requesting for special
permission. Also the Said Garage is at the Nearest Location adjoining to our flat
which will facilitate Disabled persons to work place . Also we request for sponsorship
of funds, & to minimize the NOC requirements from any other department /agency .
