Sir,
Myself Navjot Dogra i am working as a Loco Pilot under SSE/LOCO/Amritsar at Firozpur Division. I am suffering from Tachy and brady cardia syndrome with presyncope due to which i get Blackouts sometime. I was under medical checkup under railway doctors for 1 year referred me PGI chandigarh and railway hospital new delhi and recommended not fit for pilot duty as its against the safety jobs and a heart device known as pacemaker. But most of the doctors suggested that it is not advisable at such young age to go for pacemaker.
But my railway doctors are forcing me to go for pacemaker for which me and my family is not ready. and they have discharged me without deciding my medical category and due to which i was not given any duty to any category. i am without pay and leave from last year suffering financially and mentally.
I am very hopeful to you that you will help me to find any way to get my duty

A.Dear Sir,
You may approach Service Tribunal or High Court and thus you may get some reliefs or even get reappointment order or you may get reappointment in some other post which is suitable for your health conditions.
