Stamp duty and registration

Bank sanction letter 7 th August 2021, stamp duty payment date 15 th September 2021. Rs. 200 has been inadequately paid. Can I pay it now ? Further I have to register for mortgage deed by paying registration charges that will be done properly as of now. What is the remedy for inadequate stamp duty of rs 200

You have to contact the bank people and office of Sub registrar to rectify the mistake. Normally the deficit stamp duty will be received on payment of some penalty.
