i want to know that , is there any liability arise when any man (doing Govt. Job) died and his wife get job and also get all the things in the name of him. There is still running Light Connection on his name but She is denying to pay Bills from her salary. Therefore is there any law so as she pay the bills and i can get close the connection.

A.Bills debts do not die with the deceased , they are liable to be paid out of the estate, for which the executor of the will is responsible. It is only if there is no estate (eg money or property) that the debt dies. She is not responsible unless she benefit from the will in which case your inheritance will be reduced by the size of the Bill debts. You can send legal notice for recovery of bills and request her to transfer meter on her name.
