How much time the court will take to pass the order of Partition (Taksim) after filling of case?

A.Depends from case to case. In court matters there's no fixed time.

A.Dear client if you file case with proper documents and follow all procedure then After filing of case it will take atleast 2 years for prelimanary decree. further you get one more year to get your share and propety in your hand.

A.The maximum time given for filing of written statement is 90 days. If written statement is filed in 30 days, then based on admission, an application under Order 12 Rule 6 can be filed, in such case, a preliminary decree of partition is usually passed. Matter is given to court commissioner for working out modalities for partition, in case properties cannot be separated by metes and bounds.
