A.Lodge a complaint for criminal intimidation against them with the local police station for your safety. Involve national commission for women at New Delhi by raising your grievances. They will know the power of the women when they work collectively. Do an affidavit of disowning them and make a declaration in two newspaper, if needed.

A.Every adult citizen has the right to live separately that means you have the right to stay away from your parents but you need to make sure you have enough resources. You should not take a decision in haste and repent in leisure.

You can approach the local police station and also you can file for maintenance under sec- 125.

A.Dear client,
After attaining the majority you have your own right to live in your own and at your own will and in what ever way you want. Information you submitted is insufficient. Whether you are educated and up to which standard your studied. You must think that what is your financial capacity to live separately. If you have financial capacity to live separately you can. No body, even your parents have any control over you to live at their will, choice or dictates. So my advice is to live separately, if you withstand on your own feet that to without anybody`s assistance or support. If any body forced to live with them at their dictates, you can complain against them to Police Authorities for harassing you. You should continuously with touch with experienced advocates and take advice according to future situation
