Against municipal corporation

Corporation satna has demolished my house without original file as it has been taken under custody by lokaykta after trapping of commissioner kathuria. But still corporation has demolished my house,without original file. Under which IPC or any law can I counter corporation.

A.Dear client You need to file application of temporary injunction for stop demolishing. Kindly provide all fair documents to civil court that might be worth for stay orders.
