I got married 3 months back in court and got an Aryan samaj marriage certificate. I want to dissolve this marriage.

A.dear client arya samaj marriage procedure is legal. for getting divorce you need to file divorce petition before family court. go through local family court lawyer.

Dear sir,
Regarding fact both of us are of legal age and it's both of our concent that we got married now we both don't want this relationship to continue as she is under pressure from her family for marriage aole where else and no one knows about the marriage .

Please suggest sir how to proceed on this . it's of great concern for my both of us.

By advocate Rameshwor dadhe dear sir if no one known about Ur marriage then. You both of you can solve it peacefully. If you want legal separation then file divorce by mutual consent. Otherwise call me from paid service

But sir it's just 3 months can we go for mutual divorce.
I was reading and come to know a divorce application can't file if it's less than a year of marriage.

The court will not grant divorce till one year time but you can file divorce petition before the family court.
